Düden Waterfalls
Two waterfalls on the Düden River on the edge of Antalya. The upper falls lie in a shaded park, while the lower falls pour straight off the cliffs into the Mediterranean, best seen from a boat.

The old heart of Antalya, still enclosed by its ancient walls and running down to the old harbour. Narrow lanes of Ottoman houses lead past Hadrian's Gate, a Roman triple arch, to the boats moored below the cliffs.

-
Olympos
An ancient Lycian port whose ruins line both banks of a creek running through a deep, wooded valley to the sea. It was one of the six leading cities of the Lycian League and flourished again in the 5th century as a bishopric.
-
Phaselis
A Greek and Roman city on the Lycian coast, 16 km south of Kemer, between the Bey Mountains and the forests of Olympos National Park. Its ruins run through pine woods down to three small harbours, and many visitors arrive by yacht.

Yanartaş
A rocky hillside above Çıralı where gas seeps from the ground and burns in small flames that never go out. Ancient Lycia knew it as Mount Chimaera, and some ancient writers saw it as the source of the myth of the fire-breathing Chimera.
